This Information Text has been prepared by Fayra Media LLC ("Company" or "Amore"), headquartered at 169 Madison Ave Ste 11534 New York, NY 10016-5101 United States, as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, and the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

At Amore, we attach the utmost importance to the security and privacy of our users' ("Data Subject") personal data. This text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes of processing, legal grounds, parties to whom your personal data collected through the Amore mobile application ("Application") and website is transferred, and your rights.

2. Your Personal Data Being Processed and Categories

During your use of the Application, your personal data in the following categories is processed:

• ●Identity Information: Name, surname, date of birth, age, gender information.
• ●Contact Information: Email address, phone number.
• ●Visual and Audio Records: Profile photos, story shares, live broadcast images, voice data/voice signals processed within the "Voice Matching" feature.
• ●Special Category Personal Data: Sexual orientation information you declare according to your in-app preferences, voice analysis data that may qualify as biometric data.
• ●Transaction Security Information: IP address, device information (ID, model, operating system), log records, password information.
• ●Usage and Behavioral Data: Matching history, likes, in-app interactions, messaging frequency, usage preferences.
• ●Location Information: Instant or estimated location data for the operation of matching algorithms (if you grant permission).

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principles and conditions specified in Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• ●Service Provision: Carrying out membership procedures, creating profiles, matching users with each other and enabling communication.
• ●Community Security and AI (Artificial Intelligence) Supervision: Scanning message contents, visuals, and user behaviors with Artificial Intelligence-supported algorithms for the detection of content contrary to Community Rules (harassment, hate speech, fraud, obscenity, etc.).
• ●Improving User Experience: Providing matches suitable for your interests (Profiling).
• ●Legal Obligations: Keeping access records in accordance with Law No. 5651 and relevant legislation, fulfilling the requests of authorized institutions and organizations.
• ●Verification: Performing selfie or phone verification to prevent fake accounts.

4. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected automatically electronically through the Application. Our data processing activities are based on the following legal grounds:

5. International Transfer of Personal Data

Due to our company headquarters being located in London/United Kingdom and the technical infrastructure used (cloud servers - AWS/Google Cloud, etc.); your personal data is transferred to secure servers located abroad. Since there is no "Adequacy Decision" between Turkey and the United Kingdom yet and an approved undertaking process has not been completed; this transfer is carried out based on your explicit consent given by checking the "I consent to the transfer of my personal data abroad" checkbox provided during registration, in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 1 of the KVKK. If you do not give your consent, it may not be technically possible to provide the Application services due to the location of our servers.

6. Information About Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Profiling

There are two types of AI use in our application:

• ●Security-Oriented AI (Without Consent - Legitimate Interest): Automatic scanning performed to detect content that violates Community Rules (nudity, violence, harassment content). In this process, your personal data is not used for profiling purposes, it is only passed through a security filter.
• ●Matching-Oriented AI (Subject to Consent): Providing you with the most suitable matches by analyzing your voice tone, usage habits, and preferences. This process is carried out if you give your explicit consent.

7. Cookies and SDK Usage

Except for cookies necessary for the operation of the Application; data processing through performance, analysis, and marketing cookies and third-party SDKs (Software Development Kit) is subject to your consent to be given from the "Cookie Preferences" panel. Marketing and analysis cookies are offered as closed by default.

8. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and GDPR, by applying to our Company;

• ●Learning whether your personal data is being processed
• ●Requesting information about this if it has been processed
• ●Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
• ●Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad
• ●Requesting the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
• ●Requesting the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
• ●Objecting to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems (AI)
• ●You have the right to request the elimination of damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
